About Us

We are a home based Husband/Wife team, located in Palmdale, California. We breed AKC Chihuahuas. We take pride in our dogs, that's why we put our name on it!

Our Chihuahuas are bred and whelped under careful supervision. The moms are monitored throughout their pregnancy. The pups receive their first immunizations, plus worming, before leaving for their new homes. We stress temperament, conformation and good health in our breeding. Our dogs are well socialized, brought up in our home, friendly and playful with one another.

We hope you enjoy browsing through the pages of our website, discovering the beauty of our dogs. Our Chihuahuas are home raised, AKC registered, healthy pups given plenty of TLC. I do not guarantee the size of any puppy. I can only "estimate". This would be like trying to guess the exact height of a human baby as an adult, when they are only a year old, it's just not possible. We only breed a few times a year, please contact me to be put on a waiting list.

We will not knowingly sell to puppy mills, brokers or pet shops under any circumstance.

REGISTRATION: All our puppies come with full AKC registration unless otherwise stated. All our puppies are pre-registered with our kennel name. Any female Chihuahua, that will be too small for breeding, will be sold under a spay contract, with limited registration.

Q: What does limited registration mean?
A: Limited AKC registration basically means you will not be able to AKC register any offspring produced by this dog. Dog will also NOT be eligible to show in the AKC conformation show ring.

RE-HOME POLICY: Very occasionally circumstances are such that a puppy does not work out in its new home. Or maybe later on circumstances arise where the person can no longer care for their adult dog. In these or other similar situations we are happy to take the puppy or adult dog back until a new home can be found, but we do not offer exchanges or refunds, so please give serious thought to your decision to purchase.

COME VISIT US!: We have a strict requirement of all our guests, we ask that you do NOT go to see other puppies any where in the same day before coming to our home. This is how Parvo Virus gets spread! It is a little safer if the puppies have been vaccinated, but it isn't 100% safe until the puppies have received their "entire series" of vaccinations, puppies will receive vaccinations every 2-3 weeks until 16 weeks of age and until the ENTIRE series of vaccines are finished the puppies can still catch Parvo and other deadly contagious diseases! The most common way puppies get Parvo is from people bringing the germs to them on their clothes and shoes. Even if you have not been around other puppies the germs can still be picked up from contaminated side walks and grass and then tracked in on your clothes or the soles of your shoes.

RESCUES/RETIRED: We occasionally have rescues. Please check back often as they get adopted out quickly. Our rescued dogs will have a small fee, to cover spay/neuter and shots.

PRICE: Price of a puppy is determined on its conformation, color, temperment & size. Most of our puppies are priced as follows: Males start at $800 Females start at $900.Price goes up from there, depending on quality. Check the availability of puppies on my "available" page. I keep it very current, and anything available will be shown there.

SHIPPING : We prefer the puppy to be picked up in person, but we do ship weather permitting out of Los Angeles,CA. (LAX) to your nearest airport. The buyer assumes all costs, and liability related to shipping the puppy, that includes but is not limited to additional kenneling costs due to poor weather conditions on connection flights &/or flight delay charges. Liability of the seller is released once the puppy leaves the sellers address, on its way to the airport.
The price to fly to any Major Airport is $275, which includes a crate, Veterinary Health Check & Health Certificate and shots up to date and delivery to the Airport.

PAYMENT: Puppy must be paid in full, 10 days prior to shipping. We only accept Postal money orders, Cash and Paypal. We do NOT accept other money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks!! We accept any major credit card through Paypal only. There is a paypal fee of 3% per transaction.

DEPOSITS: are $200, and is non-refundable and non-transferable should you decide to change your mind. Should your puppy become unavailable due to illness or death while in my care, your deposit can be returned or transferred to another available puppy or to a future litter. I feel that by the time you place a deposit, you are 100% sure about purchasing a Chihuahua from us. Therefore, I will NOT refund any deposits or payments just because you changed your mind !! Please give serious thought to your decision to purchase. When I receive your deposit for the puppy of your choice, I consider that puppy sold and no other inquires can be made on a puppy with a deposit.
